Project Description

The Bustle platform was created to rectify societal biases and aid marginalised minorities in tech with the ability to access organisational growth opportunities, join projects to accelerate skill sets and quantify their accomplishments.

Hackathon Challenge Statement

“How can we create an environment where employees feel comfortable and supported at work whilst continuously developing their career?”

Mismatch of talent+workload, burnout, and ineffective/stagnant DEI strategies

Cultural issues, ultimately poor employee retention

Employees feel excluded, undervalued, no opportunity for growth

The design

Before I designed a wireframe, my teammates and I brainstormed a potential persona and feature we believed would benefit the overall product and function, with the assumption that this would be a B2B platform. We wanted to curate a network-based interface with the ability to function within an organisations portal.
